Growth Hacking, Data + Reporting Specialist (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a Growth Hacker & Data Analyst to join our team. In this part-time role, you’ll use your creative and analytical sides to help build and execute on growth hacking initiatives, track how they perform, and make strategic recommendations for optimization. We’re looking for someone who is interested in trying new things to get our clients’ names out there, improve acquisition, and make the most out of tailored campaigns.

About the Job:

– Work with our team to oversee growth hacking activities on behalf of our B2B and B2C clients.

– Plan and organize the strategy of regular growth-related initiatives.

– Oversee and execute tests based on planning and hypotheses.

– Perform regular reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, and make intelligent recommendations for next steps based on findings.

About You:

– You have a professional level proficiency in English

– You have previous experience in a growth hacking or growth marketing-related role.

– You consider yourself an expert with analytics tools, including MixPanel, Google Analytics, Optimizely, etc.

– You’ve got knowledge of PPC marketing best practices.

– You’re a creative at heart and jump at the opportunity to think outside of the box, around it, and flip it over.

– You have a strong eye for detail, organization and quantitative analysis.

– You’re a master with Excel!

This position is part-time with flexible hours (approximately 10 hours per week) and the possibility to work remotely. Students, as well as working professionals of any age, are invited to apply. Content Writer (Part-Time) 

We’re looking for a Copywriter and Email Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help bring together our clients’ stories and weave coherent narratives across multiple platforms, especially email communications and blog posts. We’re looking for someone who is interested in helping us craft new ways to get our clients the most out of their content – not just fire metric-raising clickbait out into the ether, but actually to tell a coherent cross-platform story. Oh, and help us edit!

About the Job:

– Assist in copywriting responsibilities for B2B and B2C clients: blogging, landing page copy, website copy, email messaging, marketing collateral, etc.

– Oversee actual email production (including editing templates, quality assurance, and deployment).

– Assist in the development and measurement of A/B testing for email marketing.

– Basic project management of client content and email deploy calendars

About You:

– You’re a native English speaker

– You’ve got an eye for detail and enjoy copy editing

– You’ve had some hands-on experience with digital marketing; undergraduate studies, a master’s degree or a previous internship.

– You’re interested in learning about (and from) our roster of cherished clients.

– You have some basic experience with Mailchimp and WordPress.
